At EriFast, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Because we ship goods internationally and deliver across different cities in Eritrea, refunds and returns can be complicated.
However, we are committed to being fair and doing our best to resolve any issues caused by our service.
2. No Standard Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of international shipping and logistics:
All sales are final
We do not offer standard returns or refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has started
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged due to handling or delivery by EriFast, we will take responsibility.
In such cases, we may:
Repair the item, or
Replace the item with the same or similar product, or
Offer a partial or full refund, at our discretion

4. Reporting a Problem
To report a damaged or faulty item:
The receiver must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Clear photos or videos of the damage must be provided
Proof of delivery may be required
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
5. What Is Not Covered
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused after successful delivery
Issues caused by misuse or improper handling by the receiver
Minor cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
Delays caused by customs, weather, or local conditions
Change of mind after purchase
6. Delivery Refusal or Unreachable Receiver
If delivery fails due to:
Receiver refusal
Incorrect contact details
Receiver not answering calls
No refund will be issued.
Additional delivery or storage charges may apply.
7. Replacement Process
If a replacement is approved:
EriFast will manage the process
Replacement timing will depend on product availability and logistics
No cash refund is guaranteed unless replacement or repair is not possible
8. Refund Method (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
Shipping and logistics costs may not be refundable
