2፡ ድሕሪኡ ኣብቲ ናይ መኽፈሊ ገጽ ምስ በጻሕኩም ክፍሊት ክፈሉ፡ ብካርድ ወይ ድማ ካሊ ኣገባብ ዘደላናዮ መኽፈሊ ኣለኩም (Card payment, Apple pay and Google pay)።

- እወ፡ ኩሉ እቲ ንብረት ነብጽሖ ከም ሳራፕራይዝ ኢዩ። ንስኹም እንተ ዘይሓቢርኩሞም ነርኩም።
- ብወገና ክሳብ እታ ሰዓት ነብጽሓሎም ኣይንሕብርን ኢና።
- ቅድሚ 3 ሰዓት ደዊልና፡ ክስቶ ሓውኹም ወይ ጓልኩም ካብ ካናዳ፣ ኣሜሪካ ንብረት ሊእኹልኩም ኣሎ እሞ፡ ኣበይ ቦታ ከነብጽሓልኩም ኣብ መገዲ ኣለና ንብሎም።

Our store is based in Dubai, and we list original items directly on our website. That can be sent to Eritrea.
The process is very simple:
Choose the items you want to send to your family (for example, a fridge or a TV).
Go to checkout and place your order.
During checkout, you only need to give us:

Your family’s city
Their phone number
That’s it.
Within about 12 days, we will deliver the items to your family’s home.
Before delivery, we will call them about 3 hours in advance to confirm the exact address.
Once the delivery is completed, we will email you to let you know everything has been delivered successfully.
2. Can it be delivered as a surprise gift?
Yes! 🎁 All our deliveries are surprise gift deliveries.
If your family doesn’t already know, they will only hear from us about 3 hours before delivery.
If they ask what the item is, we simply say:
“It’s a box sent from you. We just need your address—we’re on the way.”
They won’t know what you sent until it arrives.
3. Do you deliver outside of Asmara?
Yes, we do.
Due to transportation limits, deliveries outside Asmara are made to main road areas in larger cities.
In these cases, we leave the items with our trusted local partners, and your family can collect them from those locations.
We deliver to places such as:
Keren, Massawa, Adi Quala, Mendefera, Dekemhare, Segeneyti and other major towns
4. How long does delivery take after I place an order?
Delivery usually takes around 12 days from the time you place your order.
5. Are the products original?
Yes, We only sell original items from trusted and popular brands.
To make things easier for you, we carefully select a limited number of best-selling items known for durability and good performance.
This means you don’t need to research quality—we’ve already done that for you.
6. Is the payment system safe and secure?
Yes, completely safe and secure.
We do not see or store your card details.
All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most secure payment systems in the world.
7. Are there any extra fees after I pay?
No. Once you pay on our website, there are no extra charges for you or your family.
Delivery and all related costs are already included.

Yes. All prices are shown in USD, but you can pay using any currency.
Our website automatically converts the amount at the current exchange rate.

9. Do I need to know the exact home address?
No, you don’t. You only need to tell us which city your family lives in (for example: Asmara, Keren, or Massawa).
Before delivery, we will call your family to get their latest and exact address, so there are no location problems.

Yes, you can send just one item, and there is no limit.
You can send:

or 3, 10, even 20 items
