1. About EriFast

EriFast is an online service operated by Eritreans based in Dubai, UAE.
We specialize in sourcing, importing, and delivering essential goods from Dubai to Eritrea, including home appliances, electronics, food items, baby products, and similar goods.

Our service is designed to allow Eritreans worldwide to gift their families in Eritrea easily and securely.


2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

By using erifast.com, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete


3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through erifast.com

  • Prices are shown clearly before checkout

  • Full payment is required before processing any order

  • Once an order is confirmed, it enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified

Erifast reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.


4. Delivery Process

  • Delivery time is usually up to 12 days, but may vary due to customs, logistics, weather, or other factors beyond our control

  • We only require the receiver’s name, city, and phone number

  • We do not require a full home address at checkout

  • On the delivery day, we contact the receiver to confirm their current delivery location

To maintain the surprise:

  • We do not disclose the item name to the receiver

  • We only inform them that a gift is being delivered and the sender’s name and country


5. Delivery Areas & Additional Charges

  • We deliver to Asmara and all major cities in Eritrea

  • Some remote or smaller locations may require an additional logistics or transportation fee

  • Any extra charges will be communicated before or during processing


6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Erifast is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or unreachable phone numbers

  • Receiver unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Customs delays or government restrictions

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, border closures, etc.)

If delivery must be rescheduled due to receiver-related issues, additional fees may apply.


7. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Products are subject to availability

  • If an item becomes unavailable, we may:

    • Offer a similar replacement of equal or higher value, or

    • Issue store credit (not cash refund)

Minor differences in brand, color, or model may occur due to market availability in Eritrea.


8. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of international sourcing, shipping, and delivery:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed

  • Refunds are only considered if Erifast fails to deliver the item entirely

This policy protects against misuse and ensures fair pricing for all customers.


9. Damage, Loss & Liability

Erifast takes reasonable care in packaging, shipping, and delivery. However:

  • We are not responsible for minor cosmetic damage caused during transport

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages beyond our control

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order


10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide correct receiver details

  • Ensure the receiver is reachable by phone

  • Respond promptly if we contact you for clarification

Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or additional charges.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on erifast.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Erifast and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


12. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy.
Customer and receiver information is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

EriFast reserves the right to:
